Construction Procurement Manager

JOB TITLE: PROCUREMENT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage procurement of construction materials, tools, equipment and services. Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate prices and delivery terms. Coordinate with suppliers, project sites, stores, accounts and site management. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of required materials and monitor market prices, supplier performance and procurement schedules. Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices and delivery documents. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Procurement/Supply Chain or relevant field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in construction. Strong negotiation, communication and vendor-management skills. Good command and knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Tally. Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet project deadlines. Job Location: Head Office, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience. Preference will be given to candidates who apply early.
