Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and posting english & nepali content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube). Support the creation and curation of engaging content for various email marketing and SEO. Monitor, engage, and grow social media audiences, understanding what drives engagement. Research and keep up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and best practices. Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize content. Collaborate with the content and design teams to align posts with brand goals. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms and their features. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking and willingness to learn new strategies.
