मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:Chowmein, Keema Noodles, Fried Rice, Momo, Pasta लगायतका विभिन्न परिकारहरू स्वाद र गुणस्तर कायम राख्दै तयार गर्ने।तरकारी, मासु/केमा, नुडल्स, चामल, मसला तथा अन्य सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने, काट्ने र पकाउन तयारी गर्ने।तोकिएको रेसिपी तथा परिमाणअनुसार खाना तयार गरी स्वाद र गुणस्तरमा एकरूपता कायम राख्ने।ग्राहकको अर्डरअनुसार खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने र राम्रोसँग प्रस्तुत गर्ने।खाद्य सामग्रीको स्टक तथा उचित भण्डारणमा ध्यान दिने र आवश्यक सामग्री कम भएमा जानकारी गराउने।किचन, चुलो, भाँडा तथा खाना पकाउने उपकरणहरूको सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने।खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्दै किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी दैनिक खाना तयारी तथा अन्य आवश्यक काममा सहयोग गर्ने।Duty Hour: 6AM - 6PMWorking Days: 6 Days a week
