Sales Representative (Pokhara & Nawalparasi)

Yeti Paints Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Representatives to support the company's sales and market development activities. The position involves promoting paint products, developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting business growth within the assigned territory.Candidates with relevant experience in paints marketing will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the company's paints and related products within the assigned territory.Identify new customers, dealers, retailers, contractors, and other potential business opportunities.Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and identify new sales opportunities.Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales prospects.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall territory sales growth.Provide customers with relevant product information and assist them in selecting suitable products.Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.Coordinate with dealers, retailers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, orders, and market visits.Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports to the concerned supervisor/management.Perform other sales and market development activities as assigned.
