Job Title: Sales Intern Experience: Freshers Industry: SaaS / Cloud Telephony No. of Vacancy: 2 Job Type: Full Time Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday-Friday

As a Channel Sales Intern, you will be part of the Sales and Partnership team, learning how SaaS sales works from signup to conversion. You will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and support partner outreach while gaining practical experience in sales, customer communication, and CRM tools.

Call unpaid signups and understand their business needs.

Explain KrispCall’s basic features and guide leads toward demos or onboarding.

Update lead details, notes, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.

Support partner research and outreach activities.

Maintain clean and accurate lead and partner data.

Share daily updates on calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Learn and apply SaaS sales processes, from qualification to conversion.

Strong interest in sales and business development.

Confidence to speak with new people over calls.

Good voice, tone, clarity, and listening skills.

Discipline to follow up properly and stay positive after rejection.

Basic computer and internet research skills.

Willingness to learn Zoho CRM and other sales tools.

Most importantly: energy, discipline, and hunger to grow.
