Manager

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, monitoring performance, and ensuring that business activities are carried out efficiently and in line with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day business operations.Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve organizational and departmental objectives.Set performance targets and monitor staff performance and productivity.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall business performance.Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective actions.Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Assist senior management in planning, decision-making, and business development.Ensure effective utilization of company resources.Perform other managerial and administrative duties as assigned.
