Service Manager ID-1138

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – Power & Battery to manage service operations for UPS systems, batteries, power backup solutions, and related products. The role requires strong technical knowledge combined with customer-service and team-management skills. The selected candidate will oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, warranty handling, and after-sales service while supervising technicians and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.Location: Birgunj Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day service operations for UPS, batteries, and related power products.Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and after-sales service.Diagnose technical issues and support technicians in resolving complex service problems.Supervise and guide service technicians while monitoring service quality and productivity.Manage customer complaints, service requests, and technical escalations.Monitor warranty claims and coordinate timely resolution.Coordinate with customers, vendors, technicians, and internal departments.Maintain accurate service records, warranty documentation, and operational reports.Identify recurring product or technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.Monitor pending service cases and ensure timely closure.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a professional after-sales experience.Conduct local field visits when required for service or customer support.
