Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales. Identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and market trends. Monitor competitors and recommend appropriate marketing strategies. Prepare marketing reports and provide regular updates to management. Manage promotional events, meetings, and other offline marketing activities. Ensure marketing activities are completed effectively within the allocated budget. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in BBA or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of offline marketing and promotional activities. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
