Modern Trade Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned modern trade accounts. Manage relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores, and retail chains. Ensure adequate product availability, stock levels, and timely replenishment at outlets. Monitor product displays, shelf positioning, pricing, promotions, and visibility. Coordinate with modern trade customers regarding orders, promotions, discounts, and promotional activities. Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, product launches, and merchandising activities. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product placement. Conduct regular market and outlet visits to identify sales opportunities and operational issues. Supervise and guide sales representatives, merchandisers, and promoters assigned to modern trade outlets. Ensure proper implementation of company sales and merchandising standards. Track sales performance and prepare regular sales and market reports. Coordinate with the warehouse and distribution team to ensure timely delivery and minimize stock-outs. Monitor inventory, expiry, damages, returns, and slow-moving products. Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, promotions, and outlet performance. Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of modern trade accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
