Key Responsibilities:Chef तथा kitchen team लाई दैनिक food preparation र kitchen operations मा सहयोग गर्ने।तरकारी, मासु, मसला तथा अन्य सामग्री काट्ने, सफा गर्ने र तयारी गर्ने।Food items लाई सही तरिकाले handle, store र label गर्ने।Kitchen, work station तथा cooking area सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।भाँडा, kitchen utensils तथा equipment सफा गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।Food preparation का लागि आवश्यक सामग्री समयमै उपलब्ध गराउने।Food wastage कम गर्न र सामग्रीको उचित प्रयोग गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।Chef तथा supervisor को निर्देशनअनुसार अन्य आवश्यक kitchen कामहरू जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक पूरा गर्ने।Note:Duty Time: 12 PM - 10 PMWorking Days: 6 Days a week
