We are looking for a motivated and analytical Functional Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of ERP and business software solutions.The role involves understanding client requirements and business processes, configuring and testing software, supporting implementation, conducting user training, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.Location: Bhanimandal, LalitpurWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and business processes and translate them into functional software requirements.Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.Analyze processes related to accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, loan management, HRMS, and other business functions.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, client demonstrations, and user training.Provide functional support and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system issues.Prepare requirements, process flows, test scenarios, user guides, and other functional documentation.Validate financial and business data and support data migration and reconciliation.Verify system-generated reports and ensure data accuracy.Provide post-implementation support and help clients use the system effectively.Coordinate multiple client requirements and implementation activities.Visit client locations for meetings, implementation, training, and support when required.
