We are looking for a highly capable Senior Python Developer to design, build and operate reliable backend applications and APIs. You will own significant technical work from requirements through production release, improve existing systems, and help set a high standard for engineering quality. This role suits a hands-on engineer who combines strong Python depth with sound judgment in system design, databases, security, testing, and production support.

Design, build and maintain scalable Python backend services and APIs. Own features end to end clarify requirements, propose technical solutions, implement, test, deploy and support them in production. Design robust data models, SQL queries, migrations, and integrations with third-party services. Build reliable asynchronous, scheduled or background processing where needed. Improve performance, observability, security, reliability, and developer workflow across existing applications. Write clear, well-tested, maintainable code and perform thoughtful code reviews. Diagnose production issues and contribute to practical incident prevention. Collaborate effectively with product, frontend, QA and DevOps colleagues. Flexible to switch between different frameworks (FE/BE) according to the need. Mentor engineers and contribute to technical design decisions. Coordinate with team member to delegate/convey task or task progress. Document the product/feature/service along with development.
