We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch In-Charge to oversee branch operations and lead our sales team.Location: Boudha, Kathmandu Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.Lead and supervise the sales team.Develop sales plans and achieve branch sales targets.Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.Build and maintain relationships with customers.Identify new business and sales opportunities.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.Coordinate with Head Office regarding branch activities.Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping.Motivate and support team members to improve sales performance.
