Student Counselor Executive

The Student Counselor Executive plays a key role in ensuring a positive learning experience for students by supporting communication, coordination, and engagement activities. This role focuses on student support, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining smooth day-to-day student operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for students regarding courses, schedules, and basic queriesSupport student onboarding, orientation, and batch coordinationFollow up with students on attendance, assignments, and course progressCoordinate with trainers, academic teams, and operations for smooth class executionMaintain student records, reports, and engagement dataAssist in organizing workshops, sessions, webinars, or student eventsCollect student feedback and share insights with relevant teamsSupport retention and engagement initiatives to improve student satisfactionRequirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Management, Education, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in student support, coordination, customer service, or operationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational and follow-up skillsComfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and emailFriendly, empathetic, and student-focused mindsetAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
