Umesh Awasthi, a chartered accountant, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. He has been associated with the company since 2012. He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He holds a master's degree in economics and completed his Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) with a gold medal from Janamaitri Multiple Campus, Kuleshwor. As CFO, he leads the company's financial management and investment strategy and oversees budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, finance-related regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.
