The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence and supporting the effective execution of the institution’s strategic priorities. Required Role : Chief Operating Officer (COO) Position : Senior Manager / Chief Manager / Assistant General Manager Required No. : 1 Required Location : Head Office, Kathmandu Age : Minimum 25 years and not exceeding 50 years Qualification : Master’s Degree from recognized university in the field of Management/Economics or equivalent qualification in related discipline. Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in recognized Banks or Financial Institutions in Nepal. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee banking operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, service quality, and cost effectiveness. Drive process improvement, digital transformation, automation, and operational excellence. Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. Strengthen customer service, financial inclusion, and accessibility of banking services. Monitor organizational performance against key priorities and implement corrective measures as necessary. Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams and strengthen the institution’s leadership pipeline. Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective execution of the institution’s strategic plans. Advise Senior Executives on operational performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
