Store Manager

Position: Store Manager (HOD) Location: Jagdamba Steels Limited – Factory, Simara, Bara Are you an experienced professional in store and inventory management with a passion for operational excellence? Jagdamba Steels Limited is looking for a Store Manager (HOD) to lead the overall store operations at our manufacturing factory in Simara, Bara. If you have strong expertise in inventory control, ERP systems, budgeting, and warehouse management, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end factory store operations and inventory control Ensure accurate stock management through regular verification and documentation Monitor material availability, maintain minimum stock levels, and prevent overstocking Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Accounts for seamless operations Manage ERP inventory records and daily stock reconciliation Oversee budgeting, cost control, and efficient utilization of store resources Ensure proper storage, quality compliance, and effective spare parts management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and warehouse operations Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV to: hr@jagdambasteels.com
