We are looking for a service-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information about laboratory services, coordinate appointments and home collections, and ensure a smooth customer experience.Location: New Baneshwor, KathmanduWorking Hours: 8 Hours per Day Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.Provide information on laboratory tests, packages, pricing, reports, and services.Coordinate appointments and home sample collection requests.Follow up on pending reports, sample collections, and service-related concerns.Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.Coordinate with reception, phlebotomy, laboratory, and reporting teams.Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.Support customer retention and overall service quality.Maintain daily follow-up and customer-service reports.
