Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in audit, accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have practical exposure to audit assignments, sound knowledge of NFRSs and Nepalese tax laws, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work closely with clients and the audit team.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute statutory and internal audit assignments in accordance with applicable standards and firm methodology.Assist in planning audits, identifying key risk areas, and developing appropriate audit procedures.Perform substantive and control testing and evaluate audit evidence.Prepare working papers, audit findings, management letters, and other deliverables.Review financial statements for compliance with NFRSs and applicable legal requirements.Assist in tax, due diligence, financial analysis, and other advisory assignments.Communicate effectively with clients and obtain necessary information and explanations.Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for operational improvement.Coordinate with seniors and managers to ensure timely completion of assignments.Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and quality of work.
