We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Officer to plan, execute, and optimize our social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our audience, increasing engagement, driving traffic, and strengthening brand visibility through strategic content and data-driven decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.Monitor daily performance, trends, and audience engagement.Collaborate with content, design, video, and newsroom teams.Manage social media calendars and ensure timely publishing.Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends.Ensure brand voice, tone, and guidelines are followed consistently.
