Social Media Specialist or Coordinator

Khushi Events Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist/Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This full‑time, on‑site role is based at our Grande Villa office in Tokha, Bagmati Province, Nepal. You will play a key part in amplifying our brand presence across social platforms, engaging our audience, and supporting the promotion of our events and services. Salary is negotiable.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, curate, and schedule engaging content for all company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to align social campaigns with upcoming events, promotions, and brand initiatives.Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to measure campaign effectiveness.Assist in the creation of visual assets and graphics using basic design tools.Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a passion for social media and marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.Proficiency in using major social media platforms for business purposes.Basic understanding of content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple posts and deadlines.Creative mindset, eye for detail, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates and enthusiastic self‑learners are encouraged to apply.
