We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executivr to manage daily accounting transactions, maintain financial records, handle reconciliations, support financial reporting, and assist with tax and audit requirements. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.Perform regular bank, supplier, customer, and ledger reconciliations.Prepare and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on overdue balances.Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records.Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and expense tracking.Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents and information.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.Assist in preparing tax-related documents, statements, and returns as required.Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve routine financial issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting and financial matters.Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
