We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in driving sales performance, managing the MR/sales team, developing healthcare client relationships, and achieving business targets.Location: New Baneshwor, KathmanduWorking Hours: 8 Hours per Day Responsibilities: Assist the RSM in developing and implementing sales strategies.Manage, guide, and monitor the MR/sales team and their field activities.Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate clients, and healthcare institutions.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.Prepare sales performance reports for the RSM and management.Support team training, motivation, and performance improvement.
