Server Engineer

Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Linux server issues. Diagnose hardware, operating system, application, and server-related problems. Monitor server health, performance, availability, and capacity. Handle server-related incidents and resolve issues within defined SLAs. Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance. Investigate server failures, performance issues, and service disruptions to identify root causes. Support server provisioning, deployment, and configuration activities. Manage server accounts, services, permissions, and system configurations. Coordinate with Network, Security, Storage, and System teams to resolve infrastructure issues. Maintain server documentation, incident records, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Support backup, recovery, and business continuity activities where required.
