We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Associate who is dedicated to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients.Build and manage leads through calls, networking, etc.Arrange meetings with decision-makers to showcase our chairs.Develop and deliver sales pitches, demos, and proposals.Negotiate prices and contracts to meet sales goals.Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.Create Facebook & Instagram Post through CANVA.Create creative and sales attracting videos.Additional Responsibilities:Manage social media messages and comments related to product inquiries.Coordinate chair deliveries with the delivery team.Handle customer inquiries about products and escalate complex issues.Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.Able to handle orders on multiple platforms like Instagram, Meta and daraz.Able to handle messages and sales inquiries after office hours & weekends.
