You will be the person the client calls, the person who checks reinforcement before a pour, and the person who writes the Friday progress note. You will shadow a senior engineer on a live site for about six weeks, then take your own job. The first one will be a private house, not an apartment block. Position record Reference MCC-HR-041 Department Engineering Employment Full time Openings 2 Location Lalitpur — posted to one site at a time Experience 2–5 years Salary band Negotiable Applications close 30 Bhadra 2083 What you will do Set out the works and verify levels against the approved drawing Check reinforcement against the bar bending schedule and sign it off before every pour Keep the daily site log, including rain days and material deliveries Take joint monthly measurements with subcontractors and prepare the measurement sheet Run the weekly look-ahead and flag programme slippage before it compounds Attend municipal inspections at plinth, superstructure and completion Essential BE Civil Engineering from a recognised university Current or eligible registration with the Nepal Engineering Council Two years on RCC framed buildings, including one job from foundation to handover Comfortable reading structural drawings and a bar bending schedule without help Written Nepali and English good enough for a client-facing progress note Desirable AutoCAD and basic quantity take-off Experience with retrofitting or work on occupied buildings Two-wheeler licence Salary is published for a reason The band above is the real one.
