View More Apply Now Back to home Job Description Umbrella Organization Nepal is seeking a motivated and dedicated Facilitator for the Majhigaun Community Learning Center project. The facilitator will play a key role in supporting community-based learning activities, especially working with children and local communities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily learning center operations, engaging with children through interactive and educational activities, and supporting community development initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, basic administrative abilities, and a passion for education and social impact. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Conduct and facilitate learning sessions for children Engage with the community and promote educational activities Support the overall operation of the learning center Maintain records and prepare simple reports Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Coordinate with the project team when required Requirements: Educational Qualification: Minimum Grade 12 (Higher Secondary) pass or above Experience & Skills: Interest in education, community development, or social work Ability to work with children in an engaging and friendly manner Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic record-keeping and reporting skills Ability to work independently and in a team Preference: Priority will be given to female candidates from the Majhi community within Balid Municipality
