We are seeking a motivated candidate with a strong background in the field of beauty and cosmetology to join our team at Balambu Technical Institute as a Beautician Technical Trainer/Teacher. As part of the education industry, we aspire to provide the best learning experience for our students by maintaining our facility and equipment to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments for Beautician Level 2 courses.Conduct hands-on training sessions for students to develop practical skills in salon treatments, skin care, makeup, nails, and hair styling.Conduct lectures and discussions on theoretical concepts related to beauty, hygiene, and cosmetology.Evaluate and grade students' performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of their progress.Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate them into the curriculum to ensure students receive relevant and up-to-date education.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and salon workshop environment, adhering to all necessary safety and chemical handling protocols.Collaborate with other faculty members to develop innovative teaching methods and techniques.Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other events as required by the institute.Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
