Understand the FMCG retail industry and the company’s business operations and HR requirements. Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures. Support employee recruitment and onboarding activities. Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel records. Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance matters. Collect and address employee feedback. Coordinate with the CEO, HODs, and external HR consultants on HR-related matters. Support the development of a fully functional HR & Administration (HRA) department. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
