Manage and coordinate staff and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain high standards of customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall center presentation. Manage appointments and coordinate daily schedules. Monitor stock of beauty and hair care products. Maintain basic records of sales, services, and daily activities. Support staff in providing quality hair and beauty services. Report daily operations and requirements to management. Requirements: Minimum 12th grade (+2) passed. Certified Beautician qualification will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude. Strong organizational and supervisory skills. Responsible, punctual, and disciplined. Basic knowledge of hair care and beauty services preferred. Ability to manage staff and handle daily operational responsibilities.
