Email Marketing Specialist Saturn Outsource is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to enhance our customer engagement through targeted email campaigns. This position is ideal for a candidate who excels in strategy, design, and data analysis, with a passion for creating high-impact email content. Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and nurturing sequences. Segment audiences, personalize emails, and A/B test to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Design and optimize email templates for mobile and desktop. Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve future campaigns. Work with content, design, and CRM teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals. Ensure all email communications comply with data privacy regulations and best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in email marketing or a similar role. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools. Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting. Creative, detail-oriented, and experienced with HTML/CSS for email design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
