The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or final-year student with a strong interest in cybersecurity, payment systems, and customer support. This role offers hands-on exposure to security audits, B2B/B2C support, and technical troubleshooting across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct security audits and ensure cybersecurity compliance. Manage Khalti, eSewa and Kaspersky systems and resolve technical issues.Provide dealer training, technical support and product assistance.Handle B2B/B2C customer and post-sales support.Support Kaspersky sales, marketing and pre-sales activities.Manage Tawk.to live chat and respond to customer queries.Conduct physical audits, field visits and ensure security protocols are followed.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (completed or currently running).0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance practices.Familiarity with digital payment systems (Khalti, eSewa) is a plus.Exposure to Kaspersky or similar endpoint security tools is an advantage.Willingness to travel for field visits and physical audits.
