UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and digital products. Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines. Use Figma and other modern design tools to create and manage designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Review developed features and identify UI inconsistencies or usability issues. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements. Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, icons, and overall visual language. Work closely with the QA team to identify design-related defects and improve product quality. Continuously research modern UI/UX trends and recommend improvements. Translate product requirements and ideas into practical design solutions. Manage multiple design priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
