Home Services Customer Care Specialist (US & European Market)

Overview:Our client is a family-owned home services business serving residential customers across their region. They are looking for a Home Services Customer Care Specialist (US & European Market) who will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for service, handling inbound calls and inquiries during the busiest part of the day. This role gives you ownership of the customer intake process, collecting job details, capturing scope requirements, and triaging leads so the operations team can respond quickly.
