Operations Executive For Same Day Courier 247Same Day Courier 247 is a dedicated same-day transportation and delivery service provider operating throughout the UK and Europe. We are looking for an experienced, confident and highly professional Operations Executive to join our Nepal-based UK Operations team.Key responsibilities & requirements:Handle incoming UK customer calls simultaneously routed to our UK office and Nepal operations team.Provide courier quotations, arrange bookings and manage deliveries from collection through to completion.Work closely with our British and Nepalese colleagues using VoIP telephone systems, Zoom and our operational systems.Deliver excellent customer service and communicate confidently with UK customers, drivers and suppliers.Excellent spoken and written English is essential, with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with UK clients.Applicants should have studied/graduated in an English-speaking country such as the UK, USA, Canada or Australia.Laptop, phone and other equipment/resources required for the role will be provided.Full training provided:Starting salary: NPR 100,000–120,000 per month, plus performance-related bonuses.Salary paid monthly by BACS at the end of each English calendar month.Permanent, long-term position – not a short-term contract.Immediate start available.
