Job Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily sales activities of Area Sales Representatives (Sales Team). Assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue targets. Track sales leads, conversions, and customer acquisition performance. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure timely follow-up of customer inquiries and prospective leads. Coordinate with technical and installation teams for timely service activation. Support planning and execution of branch-level sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities. Provide guidance and support to field sales staff to improve productivity. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales tracking systems.
