We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Technician responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of smart home and security solutions at customer and project sites.The role involves regular site visits, client coordination, teamwork, and ensuring that installations are completed safely, correctly, and on time. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical wiring and technical installations, along with a willingness to learn and work with new smart home technologies. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, smart locks, access control systems, gate motors, smart curtains, and other smart home solutions.Perform basic electrical wiring and technical installation work.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer and project sites.Conduct regular site visits for installation, maintenance, and service requirements.Coordinate with clients to understand and address technical concerns.Ensure all installations are completed properly, safely, and within the required timeline.Test installed systems and ensure they are functioning correctly.Coordinate with the internal team regarding project requirements and site activities.Maintain basic records of installation, maintenance, and service activities.Follow company procedures and safety standards.Take responsibility for assigned tasks and proactively handle site-related challenges.Learn and adapt to new smart home technologies, products, and installation methods.
